How we handle your group data, email address, and PayPal payouts.
Zero data sales
We never sell or rent your email, group member counts, or sponsorship history to third parties or list brokers.
Read-only verification
Our scanner only checks your public group description for your verification code. We never ask for Facebook admin passwords.
Encrypted payout details
Your PayPal email is encrypted and used only to deposit cleared campaign earnings and generate tax receipts.
What we collect
We only collect the data needed to run the marketplace:
- Account details: Your name, email address, password hash, and profile display settings.
- Group details: Public Facebook group name, group URL, member count, niche category, and the package prices you configure.
- Payout info: Your registered PayPal email address for payouts.
- Campaign records: Pitch copy, images, post permalinks, and status history logs.
How we use your data
We use your data strictly for marketplace operations:
- Showing verified groups in our searchable marketplace directory
- Routing pitches between advertisers and group admins
- Scanning descriptions to confirm group ownership
- Sending status updates by email and in-app dashboard notifications
- Sending PayPal payouts when campaigns complete
Group verification tokens
Our verification engine only looks at public Facebook data. When you request verification, our system checks your public description to confirm the SPONSOR-XXXXX token is present.
We never request Facebook account passwords, session cookies, or private group message access.
Payments and PayPal data
Credit card payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
Admin PayPal addresses are stored securely and sent to PayPal only to transfer campaign earnings when post permalinks pass verification.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage tokens to keep you logged in and remember your theme and filter choices.
We do not use cross-site ad trackers, data broker pixels, or canvas fingerprinting.
Third-party infrastructure
We work with trusted infrastructure providers that meet high security standards:
- Hosting: Vercel and Cloudflare for HTTPS delivery and server security
- File storage: UploadThing and AWS S3 for campaign image attachments
- Payments: PayPal and Stripe for prepaid wallet deposits and payout routing
Data retention and account deletion
We keep your account and listing data while your account is active. Under GDPR and CCPA rules, you can request an export or complete deletion of your data at any time.
When you ask us to delete your account, we remove all group listings, private tokens, and profile records within 14 days, keeping only records required for tax and accounting.
