Payment protection
Advertisers fund campaigns from their prepaid balance. Payouts release to PayPal only after the admin submits a verified live post link.
Admin veto power
Group admins decide what gets posted. You can decline any pitch or request copy changes before publishing.
Meta compliance
Sponsored posts must follow Facebook community guidelines and include standard sponsorship tags like #ad.
How the marketplace works
Monetize Group ("we", "our", or the "platform") is a direct marketplace connecting verified Facebook group admins ("publishers") with advertisers and brands ("sponsors").
When you create an account, list a Facebook group, or book a sponsored post, you agree to these terms.
Group admin verification and token rules
To list a group, you must paste a unique verification token (like SPONSOR-JSDEV99) into your group's public description. Our system scans the description to verify you run the group.
By listing a group, you confirm that you run the group, member counts reflect genuine people, and your sponsored posts follow Facebook terms and FTC disclosure rules (including #ad tags).
Pitching, fixed rates, and add-ons
Advertisers browse listings and submit pitches with their copy, image assets, publish date, and any optional add-ons like 24-hour pinned placement or @everyone tags.
The price shown at checkout is fixed and deducted from the advertiser's prepaid wallet balance. Group admins can accept the pitch, decline it without penalty, or request text changes before publishing.
Post proof and PayPal payouts
Once an admin accepts a campaign, they have 48 hours to publish the post in their group and submit the live permalink URL.
When the link passes verification, funds release directly to the admin's registered PayPal address. Completed payouts are final.
Content standards and banned topics
We ban deceptive financial schemes, unverified crypto presales, adult content, malware, phishing links, hate speech, and fake discount redirects.
Accounts running banned content are closed immediately and lose any remaining account balance.
Prepaid balance protection, cancellations, and refunds
Advertisers can cancel any pending pitch for a full refund back to their wallet balance before the admin accepts it.
If an admin accepts a pitch but does not submit a verified live post link within 48 hours, the campaign cancels automatically and the advertiser gets a full refund to their balance.
Platform liability and Meta independence
Monetize Group is an independent software platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.
We do not guarantee specific sales, clicks, or conversion numbers. We provide the marketplace software and payment settlement system.
Disputes and support
If an advertiser and admin disagree on post proof or copy accuracy, either party can ask our team to review the permalink and campaign status.
